Fiancee Wins Rights To Paternity Test After Husbands Death

The teenage mother has won the right to have the DNA of her now dead fiancee tested for paternity. She wants the test if he is the father of the child they raised together before he went to the military service in Afphanistan.

Emma Hickman is 19 years of age and had previously been unable to get the release of DNA. She needed the paternity test to get hsi name on the birth certificate and to get compensation.
