The difference between a Legal Paternity Test and a Home DNA Paternity Test is the way the collection is administered and the type of documentation that is received after testing.
The Non-Legal DNA Paternity test is an At-Home kit that we send to you that can be administered on your own time at your own convenience. The test results have the same level of accuracy as the Legal DNA Paternity tests, but are solely for your peace of mind and will not be admissible in a court of law. The At-Home kit which contains; buccal swabs, specimen envelopes as well as a prepaid postage envelope will be mailed to the address you provide and will include simple step-by-step instructions. Once mailed back, just call us back within 4-5 business days to retrieve your results. At your request we will also mail out a copy and/or email you a copy for your records.

Non-Legal/At-Home DNA Paternity Testing kits are sent through the USPS (United States Postal Service). Standard shipping is included in the pricing. If you need overnight shipping, that option is available for the low cost of $20.00. Overnight shipping back to the lab is included for free with your DNA testing kit.
