It seems that Michael Jordan is asking the courts to drop a Paternnity lawsuit against the star. He calls the case "shameless". He is asking Georgia courts to dismis the case.
Jordans lawyer says that the paternity of the 16 year old teen was "conclusively established" during divorce filings between Pamela Y Smith and the ex-husband.
Michael Jorand, 50, is majority over of the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats.
